Yummy Yogurt Pancakes are the best pancakes to make from scratch. With school starting, you just might want some healthier breakfast ideas to send the kids back to school. I made these Yummy Yogurt Pancakes and my grand daughters told me that they were better than their mom and dad’s pancakes.
I know that your kids will love them too. You can use Vanilla Greek Yogurt or Plain; either way they are very tasty. Now if you want to, you can always try different kinds of yogurt for a fun variety of pancakes. I think pina colada sounds really good, so you just get some pina colada yogurt and replace it with the plain or vanilla yogurt.
You could also add mini chocolate chips to your pancakes, but then they wouldn’t be as healthy. However, I know the kids will love them!
Also, remember that yogurt has calcium and good probiotics in it helping make your pancakes even healthier. And to be honest, sometimes when I use some vanilla yogurts, my grandkids think that it is frosting. Yes, I use yogurt in place of syrup, then I add a little whip cream and let them put whatever fresh fruit they want on their pancakes.
